Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the SmartArchiveAI platform, as well as the conditions applicable to the services provided.

User account

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their access credentials.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
• Do not attempt to access data or documentation belonging to other tenants
• Do not perform actions that may overload, damage, or compromise the proper functioning of the system

Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans and subscriptions are managed through Stripe. Users may cancel their subscription at any time via the corresponding billing portal.

Cancellation

Users may request the cancellation of their account. Such cancellation will result in the deletion or anonymization of personal data in accordance with the privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

SmartArchiveAI does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service and shall not be liable for interruptions, technical errors, or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform.
